She has had a successful career and has contributed in more than 2000 IVf cycles for infertile couples. She has got opportunity to have worked at some prestigious institutions of the country like Lady Hardinge Medical College and Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi. She was trained in Gynaecological Endoscopy from Kiel School of Reproductive Medicine & Gynaecological Endoscopy (Germany). Dr. Sharma has also published original research articles related to infertility and reproductive medicine in reputed National and International journals . Apart from that she has participated and delivered lectures in many prestigious conferences of National and International fame.

What is infertility?
Infertility happens when a couple cannot conceive after having regular unprotected sex.
It may be that one partner cannot contribute to conception, or that a woman is unable to carry a pregnancy to full term. It is often defined as not conceiving after 12 months of regular sexual intercourse without the use of birth control.
